How many Simulators are available?

We currently operate with multiple rigs at launch including racing and flight simulators. We will scale as membership grows.

Do I have to book a specific rig for the type of sim racing or flight I want to do?

Short Answer: Book any race rig to race. Book any flight rig for flight.

Our sim racing center includes versatile rigs that seamlessly adapt to most racing or flight software. Each rig is equipped with additional hardware to ensure universal compatibility. For flight enthusiasts, our rigs feature both a side mounted H.O.T.A.S. controls and center mounted yoke, catering to different aircraft preferences. Whether you're piloting a commercial airliner or a fighter aircraft, we've got you covered.

Our racing rigs are tailored to accommodate various racing preferences. While F1 cars may not typically feature handbrakes and manual gearboxes, we still equip all our rigs with these accessories (and more) to enhance the experience for members with almost any racing title.

Is there any assistance or instruction for beginners?

New members receive an orientation to get comfortable with the rigs and center. There is ongoing coaching available each month for both racing and flight — all included in your membership!

How long can I use the Simulator for?

Each member is allotted a 1-hour 2-hour or 3-hour session on the simulator, depending on their membership. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask members to avoid starting any online races or flights that would exceed their allocated time and to be completely logged off the rig a few minutes before the session ends. Don't worry about losing progress in AI races, career modes, or most flight scenarios — they can be saved and resumed later.

Anyone who has to wait for a member more than a few minutes is encourage to contact management so we can address the policy with members who abuses this honor system.

How often can make reservations?

To ensure fair access, we limit the number of upcoming bookings per member. Your booking system lets you plan ahead but also allows flexibility, however all members are welcome to book daily. There is no waiting period or blackout times.

Can I reserve a race rig and a flight rig in the same day?

Absolutely! Sessions are scheduled in 1-hour blocks, allowing you to tailor your experience to your preferences. If you're eager to immerse yourself in both a Race rig and Flight rig, simply reserve a 1-hour block for each activity.

For members with a 3-hour membership, you have the flexibility to allocate your time as you see fit. You can book a 2-hour session on one rig and a 1-hour session on the other or vice versa.

If I'm short on time, can I book just one hour regardless of my membership?

You're busy. We get it. Sometimes you want a rig for 2 or 3 hours but realize you can only stay for 1 hour. No problem! Regardless of which membership you have, you will always have the option to book a quick 1 hour block on any rig, depending on the rigs availability.

If you realize that you've booked a 2 or 3 hour block but know you'll have to leave early, just do us a solid and reschedule your booking to only be a 1 hour block, or 2 hour if you scheduled a 3 hour block.

If you've started a 2 or 3 hour session and you get called away from the center, the scheduling system may not allow you to cancel or reschedule. No problem. If you have the time, shoot us a quick text so we can clear the unused blocks.

Are there any age restrictions?

Minors (under 18) require a parental guardian and may have limited access hours for safety reasons. Contact us for details.

How do I access the center?

After orientation, members use our secure mobile app to check in 24/7. The system is simple and automated. Our team is available to help if you run into any issues.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — each member can bring a guest, and you’ll share the same rig. You can race or fly together; battle each on Time Trials and more. Just let us know what format you prefer when booking and we can help you up the game.

Membership & Cancellation

30 Day Pass Does not renew. No rebilling or fees once the pass expires.

With the monthly membership, stay a minimum of 90 days and give us 30 day notice if you want to cancel. No cancellation fee if you cancel after the 90th day. The good news is that you will still have 24/7 access for the rest of your current month's membership.

There are no sign up fees, renewal fees, or maintenance fees.

I have a rig/software at home, can I still be a member?

Heck yeah! Regardless of your home setup, any member has full membership access to amenities and events. Most events will be held at one of our centers which the members would need to attend in person and on-site to participate.

Members who have home setups can practice at home and compete at our center. They could start a career race at the center, save their progress to later finish at home. Having a budget friendly rig a home but access to high-end simulator 24/7 could be the perfect setup.

Licensing and third party client restrictions may apply, but let us know your setup, what software you like to use, and we can provide you all available options before you become a member.

How many members?

At our centers, we ensure a personalized experience for every member. To maintain this commitment, we carefully gauge our membership numbers to provide each member ample opportunities to book times for their activities.

We limit membership to ensure high availability and quality experience. As we grow, we scale our rigs to match demand. While we start with a foundational set of rigs, we expand our facilities in tandem with our growing membership base, ensuring everyone enjoys optimal access and convenience. Membership will be limited to provide our current members the best possible accessibility and experience.

Can I film and/or create a YouTube/Social Media
following?

100% YES! Use our high-end rigs and 24/7 access to film and create as much race and/or flight video as you want. You don't even need to give us any credit, but we'll take some it if you're offering :)

Grab your camera gear, film within your scheduled block, edit at home, create a following, earn a few bucks. Nothing wrong with that!

What Hours Are You Open?

We are Utah's first 24/7 Sim Racing and Flight Center. Members will be able to access our rigs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply open the app, find a block that works for you, and your rig will be ready.

Any discounts if I get my friend to sign up?

We offer awesome rewards for successful referrals. Ask us for the latest details.

Can I purchase steam sim content with my own funds and will it work on any rig?

Yes! All members will receive Steam credits to get them started. Members who want to buy more content on their own are welcome to do so. Most software (games) and DLCs are already downloaded on each rig. Members unlock the right to access that content as soon as they purchase the software/license on Steam.

If a member buys a title that outside of our featured titles list, please let management know so we can make sure its downloaded in advanced for you. We don't want our members wasting their block time on downloads and installs. Let us do that for you :)

What is your food and drink policy?

No one wants to sit in a rig with crumbs on the seat and a sticky steering wheel. Please enjoy all food and beverages in the players lounge or lobby areas. Food and drinks are not allowed near the rigs or while using the rigs. If you see anyone disregarding this policy, please contact management us so we can address the issue.

Remember, the rig is yours for your booked time. If you need to use the restroom or go grab a drink at the convenience store next door, that's ok! Your rig will be waiting for you when you get back. Just don't forget your phone so you can get back in!

Can I change the Key Bindings and Buttons on a rig?

Yes — you can personalize button binds, difficulty, and other settings. Your profile saves your preferences and loads them when you log in to any rig.

Every Member receives free one-on-one instruction to help bind buttons and configure settings on each game a member owns.

Can I use Discord?

Absolutely! Discord and a few other applications/clients will be accessible to our members. It will be all on your desktop when you log in.
